ISO Certification
NRC is dedicated to achieving new standards of innovation, excellence and value in providing services to its customers. As a result, NRC has adopted a quality management system that aims to continually improving the center’s quality management system in accordance with the needs of patients, their families and community. This quality management system has been organized to comply with the International Standard ISO 9001:2000. The system covers the operations of NRC at any point in time. At a high level, the main objective of the ISO certification is to achieve high quality and consistency of the output for each department and unit in the centre, which ultimately reflects on the overall performance. For patients, the implementation of the ISO system will work to improve the quality of patient’s safety and care, in turn, will help to improve performance in areas like community relations.

Main Quality Objectives

1. Treat patients with alcohol and drug addiction to prevent further physical and psychological health complications.
2. Provide psychological and social support to patients and their families and facilitate patient re-integration within the society.
3. Provide rehabilitation services that aim at reducing the chances of patients going back to their addiction once the treatment program has been completed .
4. Perform researches and field studies to get a better understanding of addiction problems in the UAE and offer treatments and solutions that tackle these problems.
5. Help form and educate a UAE nationals generation that is free from alcohol and drug addiction and that is able to build the generations and country of tomorrow.
